摘  要:目的探讨超声技术对六味地黄丸复方提取效果的影响,并筛选出最佳提取工艺,确定超声提取中药复方的适应范围。方法以干膏收率、丹皮酚、总多糖为指标,对六味地黄丸复方进行超声提取正交实验,筛选出最佳提取工艺条件,并与传统提取方法回流进行比较研究。结果最佳提取工艺为A2B2C2D1E3F2,即用10倍量初始温度为60℃的60%乙醇超声提取2次,30 m in/次,超声频率为25kHz。结论所筛选出的最佳提取工艺合理、可行;超声提取技术能适用于含有多糖类成分的中药复方药材,具有省时、省工、提取率高等特点。Objective To study the effect of supersonic method on the process of extraction from compound Liuweidihuang Pill, to get the optimum exraeting condition and to determine the limits of supersonic method. Methods With gangao -yield, paeono, polysaccharideas indexes ,supersonic -extraction was adopted to study with orthogonal design, then gain better extracting method. Take the way as using traditional refluxing - extraction method to compare. Results The optimum extraction condition is A2B2C2D1E3F2, adding ten times amount of 60% ethanol (original temperature 60℃ )and supersonic extracting( the frequency 25kHz) for 30min(totally extracting for 2 times). Conclusion The result from supersonic extraction is so stable and reliable that orthogonal design can be adequate for polysaccharide compositions of traditional Chinese medicine and it has characteristics of saving on time and operator, higher extraction rates and so on.
