摘　　要：目的:总结并改进细胞体外侵袭实验的操作经验。方法:采用改进后细胞体外侵袭实验分别研究不同浓度TNFα刺激下的HCCC9810胆囊癌细胞体外侵袭能力的强弱;粉防己碱对HUVEC人类脐静脉内皮细胞迁移能力的抑制作用;VEGF对人结肠癌HT29细胞体外侵袭能力的影响。结果:改进后侵袭试验定位准确,结果清晰。结论:按照作者建议的方法操作,能够缩短实验时间,有助于提高细胞体外侵袭实验的质量。Objective Experience is summaried of matrigel in vitro. Methods Use modified matrigel in vitro to investigate the invasion ability of HCCC-9810 cell under different concentration of TNFα; to investigate invasion ability of HUVEC cell （human umbilical vein endothelial cell） under the stimulation of Tetrandrine;to investigate the invasion ability of HT-29 cell under the stimulation of VEGF. Results Localization and result are clear of matrigel after improve- ment of method. Conclusion The new method recommended by author can decurtationthe time and improve the effect of the matrigelexperiment.
