摘  要:采用静态箱-气相色谱法对中国不同地区八个湖泊(洞庭湖、鄱阳湖、巢湖、南四湖、洪泽湖、抚仙湖、洱海、滇池)冬季水体的水-气界面CO2通量进行了24h连续观测。结果表明:冬季洞庭湖、巢湖、洱海和滇池24h均为大气CO2的汇,其通量分别为-23.78、-16.08、-24.38、-17.94mg·m-2·h-1;鄱阳湖、南四湖水体则为大气CO2的源,其通量分别为35.76、27.64mg·m-2·h-1;洪泽湖和抚仙湖在晴天时为大气CO2的汇,夜间或阴天为大气CO2的源,但从24h的平均通量来看,洪泽湖为大气CO2的汇,通量为-26.56mg·m-2·h-1;抚仙湖为大气CO2的源,通量16.01mg·m-2·h-1。In order to accurately learn the winter day-change of the carbon dioxide (CO2) flUX at the water-air interface of the eight lakes in China, including Lake Dongting, Lake Poyang, Lake Chao, Lake Nansi, Lake Hongze, Lake Fuxian, Lake Erhai and Lake Dianchi. it was observed continuously for 24-hour based on a closed-chamber and gas chromatography-based system from December 14, 2004 to January 14, 2005. The results indicated that there was great difference among the CO2 flux in eight lakes in winter. Lake Dongting, Lake Chaohu, Lake Erhai and Lake Dianchi were the sink of the atmospheric CO2 during the investigation period, and the average fluxes were -23.78, -16.08, -24.38, and -17.94 mg·m^-2·h^-1 respectively. Lake Poyang and Lake Nansi were the source during the period, and the average fluxes were 35.76 and 27.64 mg·m^-2·h^-1 respectively. Lake Hongze and Lake Fuxian were the sink when it was sunny and were the source when it was cloudy and night, and the average fluxes were -26.56 and 16.01 mg·m^-2·h^-1 respectively according to the average flux of 24-hour, namely, Lake Hongze was the sink and Lake Fuxian was the source in the investigation period.
