摘　　要：企业改制引发利益矛盾尖锐化,国有资产流失严重,劳资矛盾尖锐,失业率上升,企业内部成员利益严重分化。只有树立新的改革观,调整企业改制路径和方法,进行利益整合,才能化解利益矛盾冲突,促进社会和谐。Restructuring of enterprise causes benefit contradictory intensification, the state asset drains seriously, the labor contradictory is incisive, unemployment rate rises, and enterprise internal members benefit differentiate seriously. Only sets up the new reform view, adjusts the way and the method of restructuring of enterprise, carries on the benefit conformity, can compromise the benefit contradictory conflicts, and promote society harmony.
