摘  要:固有频率对并联风洞天平的动态性能有重要的影响。本文主要研究基于Stewart平台的并联风洞天平的固有频率及固有振型,首先应用Kane方法研究了天平的动力学方程,通过线性化建立天平的固有频率方程,依据振动理论推导出并联天平的六阶固有频率,并研究六阶固有频率随上平台质量和连杆分支刚度的变化规律。结合数值算例,求解出天平的六阶固有频率及其对应的固有振型,并用有限元方法验证理论计算结论的正确性,结果证明并联风洞天平具有固有频率高的优点。Natural frequencies have important influence on the dynamic performance of a parallel wind tunnel balance, whose natural frequencies and modes of vibration were discussed therefore. Its dynamics equations were studied by using Kane's method, and its natural frequency equation was established by linearizing the dynamics equations. Six-order natural frequencies were deduced in accordance with the theory of vibration. Their law of variation with the mass of their upper platform and the stiffness of their elastic elements were presented. In combination with numerical instances, the six-order natural frequencies and their natural modes of vibration were derived. The finite element method(FEM) was employed to testify the correctness of theoretical calculation results, indicating that the parallel balance has the advantage that its natural frequencies high.
