摘　　要：目的探讨脱钙骨治疗骨肿瘤术后骨缺损的疗效。方法应用脱钙骨充填治疗骨肿瘤术后骨缺损115例,男72例,女43例;年龄5～65岁,平均34岁。结果全部病例均获随访,随访时间l～8年,平均4年2个月。满意106例,占92.2%;不满意9例,占7.8%。结论脱钙骨修复骨肿瘤术后骨缺损组织相容性好,方法简便,疗效肯定,是理想的植骨材料。Objective To explore the clinical effect d decalcified bone in repairing segmental defects after the operation for bone tumor.Methods From March,1995 to December,2003,115 patients with segmental defects after the operation for bone tumor were repaired by grafting decalcified bone,which involved 72 males and 43 females with an average age of 34（range,from 5 to 65 years）.Results All patients were followed up.The sverage follov-up duration was 4 years and 2 months（1 year to 8 years）.106（92.2%） patients were satisfied with their cutcomes while the other9（7.8%）were dissatisfied.Conclusion Decalcified hone is of good tissue compatibility,It is considered as a convenient,safe and available material for bone transplantation in the repair of segmental defects after the operation for bone tumor.
