关于珠港澳可持续发展能力的评估

摘　　要：从系统考虑的角度,以经济可持续发展能力、科教可持续发展能力、社会及法制保障能力、资源环境可持续支撑能力四个方面衡量珠港澳可持续发展能力。在对珠港澳11个城市可持续发展能力的测评和对比分析中,总结出城市可持续发展能力的层次和结构类型,为认清珠港澳可持续发展问题提供了一定参考基础。Sustainable Development Ability is a sustaining and ensuring ability to the district from society, economy, population, resource and environment factor inside the sustainable development system. From the point of view of system advisement, the paper uses the sustainable development ability of economic, the sustainable development ability of science and education, the sustainable development ability of social and legal guarantee and the sustainable development ability of resource and environment to evaluate the sustainable development ability of Hong Kong-Macao-Pearl River Delta. While comparing the ability of sustainable development of 11 cities in Hong Kong- Macao-Pearl River Delta, we summarize the arrangement and structural types of the sustainable development ability, and offer references for understanding the sustainable development problems in the area of Hong Kong-Macao-Pearl River Delta.
