国产阿扎司琼防治化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察国产盐酸阿扎司琼防治化疗所致恶心、呕吐的疗效和安全性。方法对85例化疗患者采用随机对照方法,分别用国产盐酸阿扎司琼和昂丹司琼防治化疗所致的恶心、呕吐。结果国产盐酸阿扎司琼和昂丹司琼防治恶心、呕吐的总有效率(CR+PR)分别为93.0%和85.7%,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);止呕完全缓解率(CR)分别为81.4%和61.9%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不良反应均轻微。结论国产盐酸阿扎司琼是防治化疗所致恶心、呕吐的高效、安全药物,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on nausea and vomitting and side effect after chemotherapy with Azasetron Hydrechloride . Methods 85 cases of patient after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups： Azasetron group as drug group and Ondansetron group as control group. To prevent nausea and vomltting after chemotherapy , Azasetron were administered in Azasetron group and Ondansetron in control group. Result The total effective rate [CR and PR] was 93.0% and 85.7% respectively in the Azasetron group and the Ondansetron group .No significant differance was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05） . The complete control rates （CR） were 81.4% and 61.9% respectively in the two groups with significant differance（ P 〈 0.05 ） . The adverse effects of beth group were mild. Conclusions Azasetron is an efficient and low toxic drug in the treatment of nausea and vomltting after chemotherapy, it can be recommended widely to clinical use .
