非小细胞肺癌伽玛刀治疗的体温观察

摘　　要：目的了解伽玛刀治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者的体温影响。方法选择89例2004年1月至2005年1月本院住院就诊的非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象。所有患者经CT无间距扫描定位,接受OUR-QGD全身伽马刀治疗,测量患者治疗前后体温。结果治疗前发热患者占58.18%,治疗后占7.89%,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论全身伽玛刀放疗技术不会引起患者发热,治疗效果理想,是一种值得推广的晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗方法。Objective To know how gamma knife radiotherapy affected the body temperature of non - cellule lung cancer patients. Methods 89 patients who were treated in our hospital during Jan, 2004 to Jan, 2005 were chosen as the study objects. Every patients in this study received gamma knife radiotherapy. Their body temperature was tested both before therapy and after therapy. Results The percentage of the patients being fever before therapy was 58.18%, while that after therapy was 7.89%. There was significant difference between the two figures. Conclusion Gamma knife radiotherapy was a good therapy which was worth applying.
