唐氏综合征产前筛查费用结构分析

摘　　要：目的：通过分析唐氏综合征产前筛查费用结构，找出影响唐氏综合征产前筛查项目总费用的主要因素。方法：根据我国唐氏综合征产前筛查流程的特点和本研究的目标，假定筛查人群为100000人，运用Excel软件计算两联筛查和三联筛查的流程总费用，对主要筛查活动费用结构进行分析。结果：实验室筛查费用是影响我国孕妇群体筛查总费用的首位因素，占总费用的65．71％-91．67％；产前诊断费用比例相对较低，占总费用5．54％-27．33％，这与我国的产前诊断率以及产前诊断费用均相对较低有明显关系。结论：两联筛查方案更适宜我国广大中低收入地区。积极开展产前宣教和遗传咨询，提高产前诊断率，是解决现阶段我国唐氏综合征产前筛查中的主要问题，提高筛查效益的突破口。Objective： To find out the main influencing factor of the Down＇s syndrome screening program based upon analyzing the cost of structure of the Down＇s syndrome screening program. Methods： We selected 100,000 persons being assumed as the objects according to the characteristic of the screening process and the aim of our research, and used Excel software to calculate the cost of Down＇s syndrome prenatal screening project. Results： The coot of screening test accounting for 65. 71 -91.67 percent of the total cost, is the largest part; the cost of prenatal diagnosis in China is lower in contrast with foreign country, accounting for only 5.54 - 27. 33 percent. The reason is that in China both the prenatal diagnosis rate and diagnosis cost are all lower. Conclusion： Double test is better in the relative poorer area. Prenatal genetic consultation can improve the prenatal diagnosis rate and is good for improving the cost - effectiveness of Down＇s syndrome prenatal screening.
