摘　　要：通过对国内外优秀跳远运动员的专项速度能力进行分析研究,阐明了跳远运动员专项速度能力组成的因素,以期为促进跳远教学与训练,提高我国跳远运动员水平提供一定的参考依据。Based on the elite long-jump athletes＇ performance in the world, the paper illustrated the main factors for the long-jump athlete＇s speed in order to stimulate the teaching and practice of long-jump and provide reference information for improving the competitive level of Chinese athletes.
