摘 要:借助多Agent模型和Swarm仿真平台,对知识型企业知识资源与物质资源在不同控制结构下的协调配置进行建模与仿真研究,比较了自组织与中央控制两种控制结构在不同参数状态下的优缺点,并分析得出自组织结构有利于知识型企业更快地从创立初期过渡到稳定时期、知识型企业创立初期知识资源的短缺易导致自组织结构的企业走向衰亡等一些传统优化方法难以得到的结论。With the modeling tool "Multi-Agent" and the emluator "Swarm", the harmonious allocation between knowledge resource and material resource was studied under two different controlling structures in knowledge-based enterprise. The two different structures are self-organize and center-control. They were compared in different variable situations and some conclusions were got. For example: self-organize structure can reduce the time that knowledge-based enterprise needs to develop from the beginning to the steady period; the knowledge-based enterprise under self-organize structure is more likely to go to the end when there is a hard scarcity of knowledge resource at the beginning; and etc. These conclusions can hardly be reached by traditional optimal methods.
