摘　　要：随着高校图书馆规模与馆藏量的逐年扩大,对于管理与服务水平的要求将越来越高,做好图书馆人力资源建设成为做好其他各项工作的决定因素。结合图书馆的发展目标,探讨了如何做好高校图书馆的绩效考评工作。With increasing expansion of university library＇ s size and collections, the requirements in management and service are becoming higher and higher, therefore, to do a good job in human resource management has become a decisive factor in doing other work well. Combined with the development goal, this paper has explored ways to do the performance measurement well in human resource management in the university libraries.
