摘　　要：协作R&D网络是高新技术企业获取创新知识的重要源泉与途径。本文采用技术创新标杆测试审计模型来对高新技术企业协作R&D网络的发展过程与管理状况进行审计分析。通过实证研究发现高新技术企业协作R&D网络的绩效与网络化程度,与有效的控制、冲突管理和成果分配体系显著正相关,与有效的激励体系正相关,但不显著,并在此基础上深入探讨了高新技术企业协作R&D网络的管理特征与风格。Cooperation R＆D network has become the important fountain and means for high-tech to acquire innovation knowledge. The paper analyzed high-tech firms cooperation R＆D network＇ development course and its management condition by using technology innovation benchmarking audit model. Through empirical research, we found that it is obvious relevance between high-tech firms cooperation R＆D network performance and network degree, effective control, collision management and outcome allocation system respectively, and it is also relevance between network performance and inspire system, but not obvious. On the base, we discussed deeply the management feature and style for high-tech firms cooperation R＆D network.
