摘　　要：创业事业的发展需要理论研究的进一步深化拓展,价值网络理论的发展为创业理论研究提供了新的思路。根据价值网络理论的分析框架和方法,分析了一般价值网络与创业价值网络的相似性和差异性,并据此分析了创业价值网络系统中存在的主要主体及其作用、不同的网络层次,并提出了创业价值网络运作的模式。The development of entrepreneurship enterprise needs further deeply theoretic opening up. The development of value network theory provides a new thought for the research of entrepreneurship theory study, This paper analyzes the comparability and discrepancy between commonly value network and entrepreneurship value network and hereby analyzes the main bodies and theirs roles as well as various network levels to advance the operate mode of entrepreneurship value network.
