山东汉族正常少年儿童软组织侧貌的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立山东汉族正常少年儿童X线头影测量软组织的正常值和标准差,分析其侧貌特征。方法:对156名山东汉族正常少年儿童拍摄X线头颅侧位片,并进行图像处理和定点测量,用SAS 9.0统计软件对得出的数据进行统计学处理。男女之间,替牙期与恒牙期之间两样本进行t检验的比较分析。结果:建立了山东汉族正常少年儿童X线头影测量软组织的正常值数据库;替牙期男性上唇相对前突,女性下唇后缩;从替牙期到恒牙期男性软组织面高及上唇有较大生长,女性下唇生长明显。结论:山东汉族正常少年儿童软组织侧貌有一定的地域特征。Objective： To establish the standard values of soft tissues for children with normal occlusion in Shandong Province, and to analyze the characteristics of their profde. Methods： Lateral cephalograph were taken in 156 children of Han nationality with normal occlusion in Shandong province, then cephalometric analysis and statistics were made. The results between male and female, between mixed dentition and permanent dentition were compared by t-test. Results： The norms with derivation for all measurements of cephalometric analysis on soft tissue pro- file were established. Condusion： There are some characteristics for the soft tissue profile for children with normal occlusion in Shandong province.
