摘　　要：分析图书馆信息咨询体系的耗散结构特征,论证它是一个远离平衡的开放系统,具有非线性相互作用,并通过涨落形成有序。同时,根据耗散结构理论的指导,提出通过进一步引入负熵流、改进组织机制、激活系统内部积极因素等方法,不断增强信息咨询的主动性、创造性和继承性等,以加强信息咨询系统开放、创新、协同和自组织等功能,保证信息咨询在非平衡态能够稳步发展。This paper analyzes the dissipative structure of an information consulting system in libraries, which is an open system far from equilibrium with nonlinear mutual interaction. It also puts forward some methods, such as the introduction of negative entropy flows, improvement of organization mechanism and application of the passive factors, to strengthen the activeness, creativeness and inheritage of information consultation so as to insure the steady development of information consultation under the condition of unbalance.
