摘 要:目的:观察外燥对小鼠气道组织、气管纤毛运动(CM)与呼吸道液黏多糖(RS)的影响。方法:72只无特定病原体(SPF)级昆明小鼠随机分为常温常湿组、常温燥组、温燥组、凉燥组,每组18只。第7天与第14天检测病理组织学、CM和RS情况。结果:温燥组小鼠第14天气管上皮鳞状化生、气管纤毛片状缺损、肺泡瘀血、水肿等较第7天加重,约40%浆液腺上皮黏液腺化生;凉燥组小鼠气道病变比温燥组略轻,约20%浆液腺上皮黏液腺化生。与常温常湿组比较,温燥组小鼠第7天与第14天CM加快,第7天RS增高但第14天减缓(P<0.01);凉燥组小鼠第7天RS减少,第14天升高且CM加快(P<0.01)。结论:温燥通过损伤气道纤毛-黏液毯屏障、腺体结构而致肺津生成减少与宣输失司,是燥咳的重要病机之一。凉燥组小鼠RS增加与CM加快,与凉伤肺阳而致肺津不化,凝成痰饮有关。CM与RS可为研究外燥病机提供量化指标。Objective:To investigate effects of external-dryness on the tissue of air-way, tracheal ciliary movement (CM) and mucoitin secretion of the respiratory tract in mice. Methods:Seventy-two Kunming mice of specific-pathogen free (SPF) were randomly divided into 4 groups,including normal temperature-damp group, normal temperature-dryness group, warm-dryness group and cool-dryness group, 18 mice in each group. Histopathology,CM and mucoitin secretion were detected on the 7th and 14th days. Results :The patchy hyperplasia and loss of cilia on tracheal epithelium,alveolar congestion and edema on the 14th day were more severe than those on the 7th day with hyperplasia of about 40% of the serous gland ;Pathological changes of the air-way in cooldry group were milder with hyperplasia of about 20% of the serous gland. Compared with the normal temperature-damp group, CM was speeded on the 7th and the 14th days,and mucoitin secretion was increased on the 7th day and decreased on the 14th day in warm-dryness group (P〈0.01). In cool-dryness group,mucoitin secretion decreased on the 7th day and increased on the 14th day with CM speeded (P〈0. 01). Conclusion:Warm-dryness injures the cilia-mucosa barrier of the air-way and structures of the gland and induces decrease of lung fluid production and failure in the dispersing function of the lung, which is an important pathogenesis of dry-cough. In cool-dryness group,increase of mucoitin secretion and quickening of CM are related with injury of lung-yang by cool-dryness,coagulating as phlegm-yin. CM and mucoitin secretion may provide quantitative indexes for study on pathogenesis of external-dryness.
