摘　　要：牛磺酸是一种具有广泛生物学功能的营养物质,它在畜牧业生产中的应用已引起人们的密切关注,成为当今研究的一个亮点。本文概述了牛磺酸的结构、性质、分布、合成代谢、生物学功能及其在蛋鸡生产中的研究应用进展,并指出了今后需解决的问题和发展前景。Taurine has wide biological functions as a nutrient. Its applications in animal husbandry had attracted people＇s attention and been a highlight of the current research. This paper summarized tanrine＇s chemical structure, property, metabolism, biological functions and its research advancement in laying hens, as well pointed out the problems that need to be settled and prospect in the future.
