摘　　要：目的肝硬化是严重危害人类健康的常见疾病。肝硬化模型的建立是肝硬化研究的理论基础,根据不同研究目的选用恰当的动物模型。本文就数种肝硬化模型的建立方法加以综述,并对各种模型的特点进行比较。Objective Hepatic cirrhosis is a common severe disease among people. Animal models of hepatic cirrhosis may provide an important basis for studies on this disease. An appropriate animal model should be chosen according to the aim of research. In this paper several models of hepatic cirrhosis in rats were reviewed and their features were compared.
