胃结肠肿瘤组织中MG5 MG9 MGd1 MGe1 MGb1单抗相应抗原的分布

摘　　要：取经病理证实的胃癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌组织共12例,正常胃,结肠粘膜4例,各取2g,制备可溶性抗原提取液,分别用ELISA方法检测MG5,MG9,MGd1MGel,MHb1相应抗原的含量,结果显示,MG单抗相应抗原在胃癌结肠癌组织中的分布均高于正常组织,但胰腺癌组织中则均为阴性。其中胃癌组织中的含量高于结肠癌组织,同一肿瘤组织中MG5,MG9,MGd1相应抗原的含量不同,但正常胃肠组织中也含有少量的MG单抗相应抗原,这一结果对探讨MG-Ags的表达机理及意义具有一定帮助。The monoclonal antibodies against gastric cancer MG5, MG9, MGdl, MGel and MGb1 were respectively used to investigate the level of their antigens in gastric, pancreatic colonic cancer and normal tissues with ELTSA method. 12 neoplasms tissues of patients with gastric, colonic and pancreatic cancer, and 4 normal gastric and colonic tissues were respectively collected, hotnogeriated and determined by MG monoclonal antibodies respectively. The results suggested that the level of antigens defined by MGo, MG9, MGdl, MGe1, MGb1, in gastric and colonic cancer tissues was higher than that in normal tissues. But thy were not found in pancreatic cancer tissue. In the same gastric cancer or colonic cancer tissues, the level of the antigens defined by these monoclonal antidodies was different from each other. The results were a great help to study these antigens further.
