摘　　要：随着我国国有企业所有权制度的改革,原有的企业资金来源方式发生了根本性的变化。融资方式由以政府计划划拔为主、银行贷款为辅的两大资金来源,向全方位多元化融资方式转变。本文着重就我国企业融资体制的发展变化、企业融资的方式及其各自特点、企业融资机制的形成进行分析探讨。The financing form has changed ultimately with the ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China. The financing form changed from original two resources, government planning transfer as main and bank loan as assistant, to all-round way financing forms. The paper discussed the development and change of financing system of enterprises in China, financing forms and features and forming of financing mechanism.
