摘　　要：在知识经济时代里,合作创新成为企业积累和创造新知识的一种有效方式.在合作创新的知识转移中,不可避免地会产生知识产权风险.与此同时,当今的风险认知和风险管理突破以资源、成本和规模为导向的传统模式,知识在风险认识和风险管理中扮演更加重要的角色.在此背景下,从管理学的角度研究合作创新的知识转移中转移媒介所引发的各种知识产权风险.In the era of knowledge-economy, collaborative innovation has become a valid proposition for enterprises to accumulate and create new knowledge. In knowledge transferring of collaborative innovation, it is inevitable to produce intellectual property risks, meanwhile, risks cognitive and risks management break through traditional model conducted by resources, costs and scales, knowledge will play more important role in risks cognitive and risks management. From the angel of management, it studies various intellectual property risks that produced by media of transferring in knowledge transferring in collaborative innovation.
