补阳还五汤对腓肠肌失神经肌萎缩的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤对腓肠肌失神经肌萎缩的影响。方法:制备SD大鼠坐骨神经离断损伤模型,实验组又分为3个组,分别给于高、中、低3个剂量的补阳还五汤,空白对照组灌服生理盐水,另设正常对照组。术后36天,灌流、固定、取腓肠肌、石蜡包埋、切片,HE染色、运动终板染色。光镜下观察,形态学分析。结果:正常骨骼肌纤维横截面积较大,形态规则,肌细胞核紧贴于肌纤维的边缘;空白对照组肌纤维截面积显著减小,结构紊乱,肌细胞核向肌纤维内迁移,结缔组织明显增生;用药组肌纤维截面积减小,形态较规则,肌细胞核仍位于肌纤维的周边,可见结缔组织增生。结论:补阳还五汤有显著地延缓失神经肌萎缩的作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of buyantg huanwu dection on denervated gastrqcnemius artophy.nethods： Establish the model of rat sciatic nerve transaction injury,buyang huanwu decotion with high,medium and low dose were administered daily to the rats of experimental groups,physiological saline was given to control group and normal control group.36 days after operation, perfusion,fixation,obtain gastrocnemius,paraffin-embedded,slice,HE staining, motor end plate staining.Observation with light microscope, analysis morphology.Results：Cross section area of normal skeletal muscle fiber was large,morphous was regular, myocyte nucleus located in the edge of muscle fiber;cross section area of control group significantly dimminshed,structure was chaotic,myocyte nucleus immigrated to the center of muscle fiber, connective tissue hyperplasia was more obviously;cross section area of experimental goup diminished,morphous was fairly regular, myocyte nucleus still located in the edge of muscle fiber, connective tissue hyperplasia was not obvious.Conclusion：The result suggests that buyang huanwu decoction can remarkably delay the denervated muscle atrophy.
