摘　　要：成人学员的特征是开展成人高等教学的基础。成人学员具有较强的学习能力、独立的人格、丰富的经验和突出的问题意识等特征。成人高等教学必须注重师生主体间性、教学内容针对性、启发式教学和学员自我导向学习。The feature of adult learner is the foundation of teaching practice in adult higher education. Strong learning capability, independent personality, abundant experience and outstanding consciousness of problem are the features of adult learner. The teaching practice in adult higher education should pay attention to inter- subjectivity between teacher and learner, pertinent curriculum, heuristic teaching mode and self - directed learning, etc.
