摘  要:设计了一种基于不锈钢管的小尺寸光纤光栅(FBG)温度传感器:推导了裸FBG以及不锈钢管封装的FBG温度传感器的温度敏感因素并进行了实验验证;实验研究了-70~0℃之间的裸FBG和其封装后FBG温度传感器中心波长的低温变化特性。比较了相同条件下裸光纤光栅(FBG)和不锈钢管封装的FBG温度传感器的实验结果。分析了-60℃和0℃时FBG温度传感器透射光谱图同时对波长与温度的关系曲线进行了线性拟合并得到它们在线性变化区间的温度灵敏系数KT分别为10.1pm/℃和21.3pm/℃.A small-size package method, stainless steel tube package based method for fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor, was designed. The temperature sensitive factors of the sensors were derived analytically and are verified by experiments. The low temperature characteristics of the bare FBG and FBG temperature sensor wavelengths from - 70℃ to 0 ℃ were researched by the experiment. The experiment results of the bare FBG and FBG temperature sensor with the stainless steel tube package in identical conditions were compared with each other. The transmission spectrum of the FBG temperature sensor was analyzed at the temperature of 273 K and 213 K. Linear fitting to the wavelength-temperature curve was carried out, and their temperature sensitivities KT were 10.1 pm/℃ and 21.3 pm/℃ respectively during linear change.
