摘　　要：实时咨询服务是在网络环境下图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务深化和创新的情况下开展起来的。本文通过对我国高校图书馆实时咨询服务现状的调查,分析实时咨询服务的特点,探索实时咨询的发展前景。参考文献25。Real-time Reference Service is based on the deepening and innovation of library virtual reference service under network environment. This paper analyzes the features of real-time reference service and explores the development future of it via a survey of the current situation of real-time reference service in academic libraries of China.
