层次分析法在评价医院感染管理质量中的应用

摘　　要：目的试图从确立医院感染管理指标体系及目标树入手,建立医院感染管理的评价模式。方法运用层次分析法对医院感染的管理质量进行评价,该法是以医院感染管理工作内容与质量要求,确立各项考核指标及等级划分,并用一致性指标(C.I)检验对比等级是否符合逻辑,使评价因素逻辑判断定量化。结果1991年所有指标值的均数高于1992年所有指标值的均数,但从综合指数来评价工作质量顺位却低于1992年。结论结合实例验证,该法具有科学性和可行性。Objective This paper was aimed to explore the assessing model for the hospital infection management through the establishment of the Goal Tree and groups of indices. Method Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） was applied to evaluate the management quality of hospital infections with rankings, indices and stresses in each assess. This model was established in meeting the request for the contedt and quality for the management of hospital infection.The Consistent Index （C.I） was used to test whether the contrast rankings of the model were logical, making the logical judgment of evaluated factors quantitated. Results In 1991, the value of comprehensive index of the management quality was less titan that in 1992 though the average of all indexes reaches the opposite result in management of hospital infections. Conclusions The results show that this model is scientific and feasible.
