钛烤塑冠修复牙体缺损的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:评价钛烤塑冠修复牙体缺损的临床应用效果。方法:对79例牙体缺损患牙进行修复治疗后,随访1年,对比研究42个钛烤塑冠(实验组)和37个钛烤瓷冠(对照组)的牙龈刺激征、边缘密合性、颜色变化、罩面折裂、颈缘着色等指标。结果:42个钛烤塑冠中,牙龈刺激征3例,边缘不密合1例,颜色变化1例,罩面折裂2例,颈缘着色1例;实验组38例钛烤塑修复患者中,35例患者对钛烤塑冠修复效果满意,满意率92.1%。与钛烤瓷对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:钛烤塑冠是一种较理想的修复体,极佳的生物相容性和适宜的耐磨性对维护口腔组织的健康具有重要意义,对牙体缺损的修复可获得良好的效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of resin fused to titanium crowns on restorating teeth defect. Method： 38 patients with teeth defect were randomly selected and their defected teeth were restorated by resin fused to titanium crowns. After restoration, a one - year follow up was taken and evaluated from the view points of esthetics, function, fitness and periodontical situation, etc. Simultaneously, these view points were compared with those from porcelain fused to titanium crowns. Results： Three of forty - two resin fused to titanium crowns resulted in gingival irritatation sign, one marginal pigmentation, one change of resinic color, two resin detachment, and one marginal unfitness. 35 of 38 patients felt satisfactory, accounting for 92.1% of total number. There was no significance between resin fused to titanium group and porcelain fused to titanium group. Conclusion： Resin fused to titanium crowns is one kind of ideal restoration to restorate teeth defect.
