上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症38例

摘　　要：目的:探讨上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症的治疗及预后效果。方法:对38例上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症患者均采用手术治疗铲除增生的组织,修整形态或彻底切除病变组织。结果:上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症手术后获得满意的面形和功能恢复,1年以上随访只有3例年龄偏小而畸形较重的患者复发。结论:上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症手术彻底切除病变组织效果较好,但是需要考虑面形及功能恢复。20岁以后复发率小,应作为手术最佳时机。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic approaches and prognosis of maxillary fibrous dysplasia. Methods： All 38 cases of maxillary fibrous dysplasia underwent surgical excision to spade up the hyperplastic tissues for shape or excised the pathological maxilla. Results： All operations provided satisfactory cosmetic and functional effect, and follow - up over 1 year showed that there was no recurrence except three younger patients with severe malformation. Conclusion： Resection is the best therapeutic treatment for maxillary fibrous dysplasia,but the function should be taken into account,and the recurrence rate after 20 years old less than that before 20, so, the operation had better perform after the second decade.
