摘　　要：目的初步应用带膜支架治疗出血性脑血管病15例。方法以带膜支架栓塞动脉瘤10例,其中有6例是海绵窦段动脉瘤,4例椎动脉瘤;5例颈内动脉海绵窦瘘。结果15例病人带膜支架置放过程顺利,未发生与带膜支架相关的神经系统永久性并发症。结论带膜支架是采用血管内治疗技术处理头颈部动脉瘤与瘘的有效手段。Objictive Treatment of 15 patients with intracranial hemorrhagic cerebral vascular diseases with stent grafts. Methods Ten stent grafts were deployed to treat aneurysm. Coronary stent grafts were used to treat six carotid-cavernous aneurysms, four dissecting aneurysms of the vertebral artery, five direct carotid-cavernous fistulaes. Results Stent grafts were used successfully in fifteen cases, no complications were encountered. Conclusions Stent grafts are useful tools for endovascular treatment of head and neck aneurysm and direct arteriovenous fistulae in selected patients.
