食管癌组织中KAI1、EphA2蛋白的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨KAI1蛋白和EphA2蛋白的表达与食管癌发生及浸润转移的关系以及两者表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测160例食管癌组织及其150例正常黏膜中KAI1和EphA2蛋白的表达。结果KAI1蛋白在癌组织中的表达明显低于其正常黏膜(P<0·05),在有淋巴结转移病例中的表达明显低于无淋巴结转移病例(P<0·05),KAI1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度无关(P>0·05)。EphA2蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达明显高于其正常黏膜(P<0·05),在深层浸润组的表达明显高于浅层浸润组(P<0·05),在有淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0·05),EphA2蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度无关(P>0·05)。KAI1蛋白和EphA2蛋白的表达在有淋巴结转移的病例中有显著负相关(P<0·05)。结论KAI1蛋白的低表达和EphA2蛋白的高表达与食管癌的癌变及转移的发生有关,两者对于食管癌的淋巴结转移具有负向调节作用。Purpose To investigate the relationship of KAI1 and EphA2 proteins with the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of KAI1 and EphA2 proteins was detected by using immunohistochemical method （SABC） in cancer tissues and the normal mucosa tissues. Results The expression of KAII protein was significantly lower in cancer tissues than those in normal mucosa tissues and was significantly lower in carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis than those in carcinoma tissues without lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. The expression of EphA2 protein was significantly higher in cancer tissues than those in normal mucosa tissues （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of EphA2 protein in deeper invasive group and group with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those in superficial invasive group and group without lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. A significant negative correlation was observed between the expression of KAI1 protein and EphA2 protein in carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Decreased expression of KAI1 protein and overexpression of EphA2 protein may involve in the occurrence of esophagus carcinoma and the formation of metastasis. They may play a negatively cooperative role in the metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.
