摘  要:目的:分析1996/2001郑州市大气单因子污染指数(Pi)与成人(住院)和儿童(门诊)呼吸道感染疾病构成比(Y)之间的相关性,确定大气污染物中的主要致病污染物及综合污染状况。方法:①用化学分析法测定1996/2001郑州市大气中各主要污染物(二氧化硫、氮氧化物及总悬浮颗粒物)含量,评估质量标准按照国家GB3095-1996《环境空气质量标准》二级标准进行评价。②2002/2003采用单纯整群抽样法,在郑州市市区多家医院中进行抽样,抽取了郑州市第二人民医院和郑州市中心医院在1996/2001每月呼吸道感染的(住院)疾病构成比Y(成人);在郑州市儿童医院进行抽样,抽取了1999年每月呼吸道感染的儿童门诊就诊病例疾病构成比Y(儿童)。③用SPSS10.0软件进行多元线性回归和多元逐步回归分析Pi和Y的相关性。结果:①1996/2001郑州市大气中各污染物对污染贡献的大小顺序为总悬浮颗粒物>氮氧化物>二氧化硫。②经多元线性回归和多元逐步回归分析提示大气污染物中二氧化硫与Y有密切线性关系。PSO2与Y存在线性回归方程式:Y(成人)=0.941+1.675PSO2(P=0.000);Y(儿童)=0.06246+0.126PSO2。而PNOX,PTSP均被排除在线性方程式之外。结论:①郑州市大气污染物中SO2为主要致病(呼吸道感染)因子。②PSO2与Y存在线性回归方程。③总悬浮颗粒物、氮氧化物与二氧化硫有协同作用。AIM: To explore the correlation between air single factor pollution (Pi) and constituent ratio (Y) of upper respiratory tract disease in adults (inpatients) and children (outpatients) in Zhengzhou, so as to identify its main pathogenic pollutant substance and pollution condition. METHODS: ①The chemical analysis method was used to determine the content of main pollutant [sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and total suspended particulate matter (TSP)] in air in Zhengzhou between 1996 and 2001, and evaluated with the second grade standard of GB3095- 1996 Ambient Air Quality Standard.②The simple cluster sample method was adopted to investigate Y of adults (inpatients), selected from the Second People's Hospital and Central Hospital of Zhengzhou between 1996 and 2001, and children (outpatients), selected from Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou.③ The multiple linear regression and multiple progressive regressive analysis were used to explore the correlation between P, and Y with SPSS 10.0 software. RESULTS: ①From 1996 to 2001, the sequence of pollutants contributing to pollution in Zhengzhou city was TSP 〉 NOx 〉 SO2.②The multiple linear regression and multiple progressive regression analysis showed in air pollution, SO2 and Y has closed relationship. The equation of linear regression between PSO2 and Y: Y (adults)=0.941+1.675 PSO2 (P=0.000); Y (children)=0.062 46+0.126 PSO2· PTSP. and PNOx were excluded. CONCLUSION: In air pollutant of Zhengzhou city, SO2 is the main pathogenic factor. There is equation of linear regression between Pso: and Y. TSP and NOx are in coordination with SO2.
