环氧化酶-2蛋白表达及与胃癌生物学特征、预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)蛋白表达与胃癌生物学特征及预后的关系和意义。方法采用免疫组化法测定102例胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白的表达,并与胃癌生物特征及预后进行比较分析。结果胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白阳性表达率67.65%,COX-2蛋白表达与胃癌生长部位、肿瘤浸润、转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05),与分化程度无相关(P>0.05);COX-2蛋白阳性患者术后3年生存率明显低于阴性表达者。结论COX-2蛋白表达与胃癌生物特征密切相关,可作为胃癌预后的一个指标。Objective To explore expression of cyclooxygenase - 2 （COX - 2） and its relationship with biological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods The streptavidin- peroxidase immunohistochemistry was used to detect cyclooxygenase - 2 expression in 102 cases of gastric cancerous tissues. All cases were followed up after operation, the discrepancy of cyclooxygenase - 2 expression was compared with biological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer. Results The cyclooxygenase - 2 expression rates in gastric carcinoma tissue was 67.65%. The level of cyclooxygenase- 2 expression had significant correlations with site, lymph node metastasis, depth invaded and TNM stage of gastric carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no correlation between cyclooxygenase - 2 expression and histological differentiation of gastric carcinoma （ P 〉 0.05）. The survival analysis showed that the three - year survival rate in the cyclooxygenase - 2 positive cases were lower than that in the cyclooxygenase - 2 negative cases. Conclusion The level of Cox - 2 expression is significantly related to the biological characteristics of gastric carcinoma and it plays an important role in prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
