摘　　要：详细描述了运用软件工程方法、地理信息系统技术和数据库分析技术等开发“基于GIS的退耕还林工程管理信息系统”的全过程。系统实现了退耕还林工程数据的标准化存储管理以及方便快捷的查询检索和可视化分析处理,为提高工程的管理效率,实现工程管理的规范化、准确化和自动化打下坚实的基础。It is desenbed in detail in this paper that the enhre development process of “Management Information System for t e rojeet of Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Based on GIS” exereising software engineering method together with GIS teehnology, database analysis and design techniques ete, It is designed to implement the standardization of data storage and management of to provide an efficient retrieval system and a visualization tool for data analysis, thus lays a solid foundation for management efficieney improvement and utilization of standardization, accuracy and automation of management of the project.
