摘  要:以著名的地方特色品种豁眼鹅和四川白鹅组合杂交,筛选出优化的杂交后代,用(SDS)PAGE对豁眼鹅及杂交后代的血液蛋白质进行多态分析。结果表明,在还原条件下,全血样品更能显示出蛋白质的多态变化,优化杂交后代鹅的蛋白质结构出现新的亚基组分Sl-S3,清蛋白(Alb)和转铁蛋白(Tf)受多等位基因支配,其差异变化的频率直接或间接与生产性能相关。提示蛋白质表达多态变化差异,是地方特色鹅群体遗传分析、保种利用、选育、种质评价及杂交亲本选配的有效遗传标记。The crossing combinations were conducted with the fan.us local feature breed geese-Huoyan geese and Sichuan geese and then the dominance hybrid progenies were selected, The protein polymorphisms of the hybrid progenies were determined with (SDS)PAGE. The result showed that in reduced condition whole blood samples appeared more protein polymorphism than red cell or serum. In the constitutional proteins of dominance hybrid progenies the new subunits such as S1 -S3 were showed and exhibited with higher polymorphism, On the other hand, the albumin and transfemin lecus(Alb/Tf) were controlled by multi-alleles. The frequency of the different changes could directly or indirectly regulate and affect the productivity of the hybrid progenies. It revealed that the genetic variation of the protein polymorphism can be used as available genetic marker in animal genetic analysis such as gennplasm evaluation, conservation, application and crossing parental combination.
