内镜加中药及运经仪治疗梗阻性胆管炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察内镜加中药及推按运经仪对梗阻性胆管炎的治疗作用。方法:将69例患者随机分成对照组、中药组及中药加运经仪组,对照组仅进行内镜治疗,中药组行内镜及中药治疗,中药加运经仪组行内镜、中药及推按运经仪治疗,测定3组患者治疗后血清总胆红素(TBil)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、内毒素含量及超氧化物岐化酶活力并作组间比较。结果:血清TBil、ALT及内毒素含量:对照组>中药组>中药加运经仪组;超氧化物岐化酶活力:对照组<中药组<中药加运经仪组。结论:中药加运经仪组治疗梗阻性胆管炎有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of chinese herbs decoction and Tuian Yunjinyi （TAYJY） combined with endoscopic therapy in the treatment of patients suffered from acute obstructive cholangitis （AOC） . Methods： Sixty nine patients in AOC underwent EST were devided randomly into 3 groups ： 23 of them treated by Chinese herbs decoction with endoscopic therapy （Chinese herbs decoction combined therapy group）, and other 23 of them treated by Chinese herbs decoction and TAYSY with endoscopic therapy （TAYJY combined therapy group）, the other 23 patients were treated with endoscopic therapy （control group alone）. Results： The results showed that the level of serum bilirubin, ALT, endotoxin was obviously reduced in the combined therapy group compared with control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; significant increases of superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and level were found in the combined therapy group （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： Endoscopic therapy combined with Chinese herbs decoction and TAYSY have better effect for treation acute obstructive cholangitis.
