摘　　要：社会发展给大学生的心理健康带来诸多新问题,原有的高校单一的学生管理模式已经不适应新形势下的学生管理要求.“专业成长导师+辅导员”制是高校学生管理模式的新探索.The social development has brought a lot of new problems to the college students＇ mental health. The original single management pattern of the college students yet cannot cater to the needs of the student management in the new situation. The system of ＂the tutor of speciality growth ＋ the instructor＂ is a new exploration of the college student management pattern.
