摘　　要：在游客市场调查的基础上,运用灰色系统模型计算了处于成熟发展阶段的中山陵园风景名胜区游客满意度并对满意度计算结果给予验证和分析,提出中山陵园风景名胜区提升游客满意度的措施,以期对处于成熟发展阶段的旅游地实施满意度调研、分析及促进成熟旅游地的可持续发展起指导作用.On the basis of tourists marketing investigation, the paper analyzes and account tourist satisfaction of zhongshan landscape tourism destination by gray system, at the same time, Validates dependability of result. For spuring mature zhongshan landscape tourism destination development, the paper also shows how to advance tourist satisfaction. The author hopes that zhongshan landscape tourism destination qives a large lontribufion to tourism of Nanjing.
