摘 要:提出了一种用于精密输液的压电驱动式微型泵,该泵在结构、原理上均有别于传统泵。在实验室中设计、制作了实验样机,同时为取得控制流体精密输送的方法与规律,自行设计、制作了专用电源。通过系统的实验测试和研究进一步验证:压电驱动式微泵性能稳定、能够实现流体的精密输送、且适于微小型化,可为研发具有实用意义的精密输液微泵提供有益借鉴。A piezoelectric micro-pump with difference from the conventional pump in working principle and configuration was presented for pumping minutely in medicine. The pump prototype was designed and manufactured in laboratory, and a special power supply was made in order to obtain the method and rule for controlling precision pumping. By the systemic experimental research, it is concluded that the micro-pump has a stable work performance and precision pumping property, and is suitable for the microminiaturization. It can provide a useful reference for the development of micro-pump in practice and precision.
