摘 要:目的观察胸胃减容对食管癌术后早期并发症的预防作用。方法自2003年4月至2005年4月同期对比30例胸胃减容组和30例传统手术组的术后早期并发症的发生情况,心肺功能的改变。结果减容组术后发生肺炎1例,对照组发生膈疝1例,肺不张3例,胃瘫1例。术后3日晨停吸氧30分钟血气分析平均氧分压较术前均有下降,对比有显著差异;术后第14天肺功能检查同术前百分比,减容组对照组对比有差异。结论胸胃减容是一种安全、有效、实用的减少食管癌术后早期并发症的预防方法。Objective To detect the preventive effects on postoperation complication of gastroplasty for esophageal carcinoma. Methods From April 2003 to April 2005,30 patients with esophageal carcinoma underwent gastroplasty for esophagectomy and 30 patients underwent the traditional esophagectomy. Before and after operation ,all patients' pulmonary function and blood gas analysis were detected. The marjor postoperation complications were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in patient's vital capacity and PaO2 between two groups after 14th postoperative day, The rate of postoperation complications in gastroplasty group was less than that in traditional group. Conclusion Gastroplasty is a safe, convenient, effective means for reduce the postoperation complication for esophagectomy.
