摘  要:本文通过分析医院营养科的现状,指出了目前医院营养科建设存在的问题:与相关部门的隶属关系不适当或模糊不清;在医院受重视的程度不够;营养专业人才缺乏;科室建筑结构不合理,环境较差。针对这些问题,提出了加强营养科建设的思路和加快营养科发展的对策:明确营养科的归属,进行高效率的管理;领导重视,积极引导;科室人员要加强自身建设;加大科研力度和加强营养知识的宣教;科学规划,改善环境。The text analyzed the status quo of nutrition departments and pointed out the problems in the construction of nutrition departments. First, the hypostasis is improper or vague. Second, the nutrition department is not regarded in hospitals. Third, the professionals are deficient. Fourth, the architecture structure is not scientific and the environment is rough. To solve these problems and strengthen the construction of the nutrition department, the author suggested some measures as following: make the hypostasis clear and improve management efficiency, value the nutrition department, develop the professionals of the neurology, strengthen scientific research and improve the environment.
