摘　　要：目的探讨POEMS综合征的临床特点,以便在疾病早期认识该综合征。方法回顾总结笔者诊治的POEMS综合征患者的临床特点,并结合文献进行分析。结果POEMS综合征患者首发症状多为周围神经病,但常合并其他器官受累,病程长,病情进展慢,易反复,临床经过不符合一般周围神经病特点,预后较差。结论早期加强对拟诊周围神经病患者的躯体全面检查,常规进行血清蛋白电泳和骨骼X线检查,可以降低该疾病的漏诊及误诊。Objective To explore the clinical features of POEMS. Methods The clinical manifestations of patients by the author were analysed, and we also studied some documents. Results The first symptoms of POEMS were mostly peripheral neuropathy and also involved in internal organs. The course of the disease was progressive slowly and had worse prognosis. Conclusions The clinical features of patients with POEMS are peculiar. Serum protein electrophoresis and X-ray examination should be done early to avoid missed diagnosis and decrease misdiagnosis.
