摘　　要：详细介绍了三相交流晶闸管智能模块ITPM(Intelligent Thyristor Power Module)的基本性能特点,叙述了MJYS QKJL 150型模块在高功率雷达发射机高压电源中的应用情况,简要阐述了高压电源的设计方法和速调管的负载特性,给出了ITPM对高压电源的调整结果,最后展望了广阔的应用前景。The paper introduces basic performance and characteristics of three-phase AC Intelligent Thyristor Power Module （ITPM）. It introduces application situation of MJYS-QKJL-150 module in high voltage power of large power radar transmitter. It discusses design method of high voltage power and load characteristic of klystron, It gives regulator result of ITPM toward high voltage power. Its widespread application foreground is explored in the end.
