摘  要:首先提出最短路径距离在宗地地价点状因素评价中的应用模式,然后设计节点-连线-街区网络数据模型和与之相应的网络外抽象节点接入网络的规则,构造基于最短路径查询的动态网络,最后采用改进型D ijk-stra算法计算出宗地地价点状因素评价结果。Firstly, a mode used to apply the shortest path to the point factors assessment is presented, the node-link-block network model and the methods to locate access-point of abstract nodes in the network are designed, dynamic network is generated for computing the shortest path. Secondly, the point factors influencing the land parcel price are located and the shortest path distances between land parcels and point factors are calculated through improved Dijkstra algorithm. Finally, the assessment results of point factors are figured out. Furthermore, the node-link-block network model and the methods to locate access-point of abstract nodes in the network would be very useful in many other application fields.
