宫颈鳞状细胞癌VEGF蛋白表达与分化程度的关系

摘　　要：〗目的:检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在不同分化程度宫颈鳞状细胞癌的表达情况,评估其对宫颈鳞癌的诊断、预后判断价值。方法:SP法检测60例宫颈鳞癌标本的血管内皮生长因子含量。结果:VEGF蛋白产物表达:24例阴性(40%,24/60),36例阳性(60%,36/60);低分化鳞癌中4例阴性(14.3%,4/28),24例阳性(85.7%,24/28);中高度分化鳞癌组中20例阴性(62.5%,20/32),12例阳性(37.5%,12/32)。两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF表达与宫颈鳞癌的分化程度密切相关,随着分化程度降低,恶性程度增高,VEGF表达增加。其检测可作为宫颈鳞癌恶性程度、浸润性及预后判断的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of VEGF and pathological grade of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix. Mothods The expression of VEGF in sixty patients with squamous ceil carcinoma of cervix were examined by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results VEGF was expressed in 36 specimens（60% ） ,the positive percentage of VEGF expression was 85.7% in poor differentiation specimens,37.5% in high differentiation specimens. The lower the squamous ceil of cervix differentiated, the more VEGF was expressed. There was an close correlation between the expression of VEGF and pathological grade of squamous carcinoma of cervix. Conclusion VEGF is an useful marker in aseentaining early squamous carcinoma of cervix, and VEGF is of some clinical significance in defining the histopathologie grade and of squamous carcinoma of cervix.
