根分叉区及根管侧壁穿孔修复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对穿孔牙齿的修复和牙周损害的处理进行临床观察。方法对50例根分叉区及根管侧壁穿孔患者采用银汞合金,氢氧化钙,玻璃离子粘固粉做穿孔的封闭材料并进行疗效分析。结果穿孔大愈后差,封闭越早愈后越好,材料的类型对治疗结果无明显影响,差异无统计学意义。结论良好的封闭是治疗成功的关键。Objective To observe the clinical effect of bifurcation of root and root canal lateral wall perforation repair. Methods 50 patients with root bifurcation and canal lateral wall perforation were treated with silver amalgam, calcium hydroxide, glass ion the powder of bond by way of the closing material for curative effect analysis. Results The bigger bore hole was, the worse of closing was. Closed more earlier, matched more better. The type of the material had no obvious difference to that in the treatment. Conclusion Good closing is the successful key of treatment,
