摘　　要：目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常肺组织和42例NSCLC组织(腺癌20例,鳞癌22例;有淋巴结转移19例;分化程度Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级19例;Ⅲ级11例)中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达状况。结果:42例NSCLC组织中,C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达率47.6%(20/42)高于正常肺组织的0/10(P<0.05)。腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达率65.0%(13/20)高于鳞癌的31.8%(7/22)(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2蛋白表达率与NSCLC组织学分级呈正相关,有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P均<0.05)。结论:C-erbB-2蛋白的检测对NSCLC患者的诊治和预后评估有积极意义。Aim ： To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 protein in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） tissue and its clinical significance. Methods：Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 in 10 cases of normal lung tissue and 42 cases of NSCLC tissue. Results： The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 in NSCLC tissue was higher than that of the normal lung tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of C-erbB-2 in adenocarcinoma was 65.0% （13/20） , higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma （31.8% （7/22） ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with. histological grade and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The detection of C-erbB-2 protein is helpful to diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of NSCLC.
