应用圆形分布法分析鼻咽部恶性肿瘤收治时间的分布规律

摘　　要：本文应用圆形分布法分析1985～1992年上海市肿瘤医院收治鼻咽部恶性肿瘤的按月份分布规律。8年间共计收治3892例,每年收治病例数为415～576例,按月分布为235～379例。其中1985年和1987年收治的病例数有季节特点(P<0.01),两者高峰日仅相差3天,分别为7月14日和7月17日,高峰期分别为4月28日～9月29日和5月30日～9月3日。但其它年份和8年合并资料则各月份的分布较为分散,无显著集中趋势(P>0.05)。The distribution for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Shanghai Cancer Hospital from 1985 to 1992 was analysed by the method of circular distribution. There were 3892 cases in these years , from 415 to 576 cases each year, from 235 to 379 patients one month for all the eight years. Among those, the starting time of treatment for the cases in 1985 and 1987 indicated statistically significant change with seasons (P<0. 01). The peak date was July 14 and July 17, and the peak period was from April 28 to September 29 and from May 30 to September 3 respectively. But the distribution for other years and all eight years did not show the peak date or peak period (P>0. 05).
