PCNA在胆囊癌中的意义

摘　　要：用ＡＢＣ法对胆囊炎胆石症患者４１例、胆囊癌患者５例作ＰＣＮＡ测定。发现胆囊癌时ＰＣＮＡ阳性４例（８０％），胆石症时ＰＣＮＡ阳性１８例（４３．９％），两组间有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。ＰＣＮＡ阳性中胆石症患者的病吏在５年以上。胆囊癌患者年龄在６０岁以上。提示年龄在６０岁并且病史５年的胆石症患者，需作手术治疗，尤其是女性。ABC method was used in 4l cases of gallstone and 5 cases of gallbladder cancer.4cases of the 5 cancer patients showed positive expression of PCNA.18 cases of the 4l casesshowed positivc expression of PCNA. Thcy have significant differences( P<0.00l );The casehi story of patients of gallstone with PCNA positive was more than five years. The age of thepatients with carcinoma of the gallbladder was over 60 years.Those who are over 60 years andwith a five year more case history of gallstone should be treated by operation。
